Signaturit Group, Europe’s leading legaltech in digital transactions, known for its digital identity and e-signature solutions, today announces the completion of the acquisition of Vialink. This milestone marks the birth of a new European leader in this sector and is a reflection of Europe’s ability to create alternatives to the US giants in the global digital transformation landscape.
This strategic alliance also serves as a catalyst for innovation within the Signaturit Group, which is strengthening its technological capabilities, particularly in the field of artificial intelligence. Indeed, one of the group’s stated objectives in accelerating the adoption of AI is to enhance the security and speed of customer onboarding, upstream of the electronic signature. Thanks to AI, the Vialink customer onboarding platform makes it possible to orchestrate digital customer journeys simply and securely by integrating identity verification, automated KYC analysis of customer supporting documents and anti-fraud functions, which are essential for any online subscription.
In addition, the group is proud to announce the integration of an ANSSI-qualified PVID into its Universign Transaction Cloud signature path, automating signatory authentication.
The aim of these innovations is to make transactions more fluid, while limiting financial and fraudulent risks. ‘This merger is much more than a simple merger of companies: it is a promise of excellence and progress for the group’s 245,000 customers, in compliance with European regulations and best practice in terms of the protection of personal and sensitive data. Data relating to the 100 million transactions carried out annually by Signaturit Group will continue to be processed in Europe,’ says Pierre Feligioni, CEO of Signaturit Group.
Signaturit Group thus becomes the leading group of trusted service providers in Europe, with more than 400 employees who are experts in digital transactions, and with the stated ambition of achieving sales of more than €100 million over the next 2 years.
